Your photographs and videos are used to make your book. Nothing else.

Stored securely
Files are stored encrypted on Amazon Web Services while your book is being made.

Deleted after delivery
We delete your files 30 days after your book arrives, unless you ask us to keep them for a reprint.

Never shared, never shown
No third parties, no advertising, no portfolio use without your written permission.
What we collect
Your name, delivery address and WhatsApp number, because a book has to be addressed to someone.
The photographs, videos and captions you send us, because they are the book.
Nothing else. The website sets no tracking cookies and runs no analytics scripts.
Where it lives
Conversations stay on WhatsApp. We do not export them.
Photographs and videos are copied to a private, encrypted bucket on Amazon Web Services (Mumbai region) while we design and print your book. Access is limited to the designer working on it.
Videos linked from QR codes are hosted at private, unlisted addresses. Only someone holding your printed code can open them.
How long we keep it
Thirty days after your book is delivered, your files are deleted from our storage. If you would like us to keep them for a reprint or a second copy, say so and we will hold them for twelve months.
QR video links stay live for as long as the book is meant to last. If you ever want one taken down, message us and it is gone the same day.
Who sees it
The designer making your book and the person checking it before print. That is all.
Our printing partner receives the final layout as a print file, not your original photographs, and holds nothing after the run.
We never use your photographs in our marketing, on this website or on social media without asking you in writing first.
Your choices
Ask us at any time what we hold, and we will tell you. Ask us to delete it, and we will, and confirm when it is done.
